Abstract (EN)

The Turks, after adopting Islam, then translated religious works into Turkic languages to learn and fulfill the conditions of this religion and wrote guide books in order to fulfill the conditions of religion. This work, which we have been working on, written by Mustafa of Dervish Muhammad, was written by using the works of Sadrü'ş-Şeria, Kudûrî and Dürer-i Gurer, which deal with the troubles while performing the religious duties of the people at the time of writing. Some parts have been written by the author himself, along with translation. The author described these religious subjects in 41 chapters. In our work, we first created the transcript of the work. During the reading we showed the leaf and line number in parentheses (example 1a / a). Arabic prayer in the work, tekbir etc. we added text to the parts in their original form. We transcribed religious terms that were explained. We did not use punctuation in the text. A very small part of the text was moving, depending on the movements of the individual. We took into consideration the spelling of the words that were still in motion elsewhere. We evaluated these words according to the meaning of the word and the structure of the word. We took into account the studies of the period works in the determination of words and suffixes in the linguistic examination and we did not go beyond the text. Our study; consists of Language information, text and dictionary. We separated the language examination into two parts, sound and figure knowledge. We gave weight to the spelling in the language examination. In the conclusion section, a general evaluation of the work was made. The last division of the works which are used in the study has been added. Keywords: Sadru's-Salah, Mustafa of Dervish Muhammed's son, Ottoman Turkish, 17th Century, canon law.
