Examining the effects of changing management structure in the ministry of health on corporate identity staff motivation and corporate governance

In our country since 1920, there have been significant changes in Health Management and systems at different intervals. The most important of these changes is the Health Transformation project (HTP), That has started to be implemented in 2002. With the HTP, health systems are radical change in many aspects and are rapidly changing. There have been changes in the Goverementl Degrees and the Ministry of health central and provincial organization on some arrangements under the state of Emergency Law No. 694. The aim of this course is to evoluate the effects of these changes on corporate identity and corporate governance, the level of satisfaction of employees, the changes in organizational structure, and the statistical evaluation of health workers ' opinions. The survey was conducted to the staff of 4 public hospitals in Bakırköy, Bahçelievler and Bağcılar district of Istanbul.
