Audit authority of The Ministry of Health on private hospitals

Private hospitals have a significant in the provision of health care. The legal basis of the activities of private hospitals that providing health public service under the supervision of the Ministry of Healt is the license. The physical structure of the private hospitals, health personnel type&the number, characteristics of medical devices are determined by the planning of the Ministry of Health. Private hospitals provide services after obtaining "activity permit" related to "the services license". Also the service units in the activity permit have to be licensed separately.
