ANOVA The Scheffe test was used to determine the source of the difference. Confirmatory factor analysis was performed to test the structural validity of the individual innovation and career decision scales used in the study. Considering the mean scores of individual innovation perceptions = 66.47 and SD = 7.25, participants were found to be in the "interrogative" category. It was observed that individual innovation perceptions and career decisions did not differ significantly according to gender, age, grade point average, income status, working status of mother and father, but there were significant differences according to the departments and classes they studied. In the results of individual innovation scale sub-factors and career decision sub-factors, the highest relationship was found between resistance to change and career decisions. Accordingly, as students' resistance to change decreases, the clarity in career decisions increases. There was a positive relationship between openness to experience and opinion leadership and career decisions. Accordingly, students' openness to experience and increased perceptions of opinion leadership increase their career decisions.
