Job satısfaction depends on individual's personal physical, psychological condition, working environment and conditions, colleagues and working requirements. In ınstitutions, job satısfaction has been the main focus of managers to ıncrease the quality and productivity. İndividuals want to have a job in order to meet the social, economical and psychological needs. Workes are motivated and satisfied as long as their needs are met. The satısfactıon of the workers is affected by not only personal factors like age, gender, education level but also the environmental and organizational such as the quality of the work, the conditions of working place and managing style. People spend most of their lives at work. That's why the time spent at work has an importent role on human's life quality. People can reflect their emotional condition at work to their private life. This is natural. So working life is a part of a whole life. Stress, affecting people individually, has been a negative element for emplayers and working enviranment. Organizational stress resources cause job satisfaction and accordingly productivity to decrease. The factors that cause stress which everbody facesin Daily life and which is not usually accepted as a problem are importent when the perion is in a condition which tend them emationally and phsically. Approaches to prevent stress caused by work life are to reduce the working stress on the individual, increase the job satısfaction, motivate the emplayees and to raise the quality of working environment. Job satisfaction of the health workers is quite important because of the continuity of health service and it serving to human factor. Health staff must be pleased at their work to maket he health service more qualified. The personnel who isn't satisfied with his work won't be able to work efficiently, and some problems such as slowing the work down, being work fort he work and job stress.. will be appeared. The control of stress in health institution and health communities is more important than the other ones. Health labourers must be physically and psychologically well, and they must get the least stress, because they servet he human being and it is really important for human life.
