Abstract (EN)

In our country the full and effective operation of health institutions, which have a major impact on health care workers, work and work-related accidents and occupational diseases caused by working environments, economic and social losses caused by the health worker, the employer and the impact their dependents. Health services to people who have lost health care workers on the one hand, while on the one hand due to the nature of the service, physical, biological, chemical, psycho-social and ergonomic risk factors facing. Health care workers "to improve public health, the protection and development of all the people engaged in the business" as defined by the World Health Organization. The World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Labour Organization (ILO) is often caused by accidents at work and occupational diseases emphasize the importance of social and economic losses. Health professionals in occupational health and safety appear to have some problems legally. Preparing for a portion of the laws of health workers, the employees regarding occupational health and safety leads to fall victim. In this study, health care workers faced with hazards and risks of accidents at work and occupational diseases, legal regulations and intended to be a comprehensive resource about the measures to be taken. Also of great importance in the field of occupational health and safety, quality management and application examples are given. Committees of management and quality of health care organizations, patient safety, working up is considered to be a comprehensive resource for understanding the importance of the security of.
