Abstract (EN)
In the health sector, caused by the increase of loyalty and sense of belonging to grasp the citizenship behavior, it must be used for the benefit of the organization by healthcare workers. Employees with a high sense of organizational citizenship, contribute to the establishment of systems to improve the efficiency of the institutions good managing organizational conflict communications. Adopting of institution in health care institutions, the organization's success or failure in generating its share of employees on to create a quality work force is very important. Therefore the purpose of this study, organizational identification in the organization of health professionals is to examine the differences between organizational citizenship and perception of organizational communication conflicts. The purpose of this research, organizational identification, organizational citizenship and identify the differences between perceptions of organizational communication conflicts, by determining its effect on employees in the institution of the loyalty and confidence, reveals that the perception of how an organization of health professionals and will perform a study guide for the development of the health sector in this direction. In this study, Elbistan State Hospital in the identification of health workers, citizenship and communication in order to understand the differences between perceptions of conflict in literature about the research topic Elbistan State Hospital after 200 questionnaires were distributed. Collected 150 questionnaires were included in the evaluation. The survey data was analyzed by SPSS program and health care employees to organizational identification, citizenship and organizational differences between the perceptions of organizational communication conflicts were identified.
