Motivation and motivational priority of health-care facility workers

This study consists of motivation and motivational priorities of health-care facility workers. Giving an overview of motivation objective of the study is to demonstrate and evaluate the theories of motivation explaining why the work environment with the motivation of necessity affect the motivation of health workers and health service factors and priorities. It is targetted to determine the motivation and motivational priorities and causes that effect the health workers' motivation. The study was supported by a survey applied to health workers of Süleymaniye Gynecology and Pediatrics Educational and Research Hospital addition to the literature.
