Abstract (EN)
The change, which might be defined shortly as transformation from present position to a new position or situation, has become an inevitable and continious cycle for all organizations. Organizations which desire to adapt developing technologies, and to meet customer expectations better and to survive by increasing quality of good and services in global competition environment have to manage their organizational change processes better and achieve the success. In this context, it is understood that the change is required in the health sector to meet continiously-changing patient demands and to meet developing technologies. The last practice of change in the health sector was implemented by means of a Tranformation Program in Health. Components of the Transformation Program in Health implemented in two phases in 2003-2009 and 2009-2014 are an efficient management, the generalization of health insurance, an extensive and qualified health service, the employment of effective health professionals, the provision of efficient medication and materials, and the development of an information system in the sector. A Research based on questionnaire technique has been applied to determine the perception of health professionals during the Tranformation Program in Health in Burdur State Hospital. The data of the research has been analyzed by means of SPSS software, and some findings and suggestions have been presented in the light of the findings obtained in this research. It has been determined that the hospital management applied a non-democratic management technique during the process. Furthermore, the change in the hospital occurred in work-processess and procedural fields and hospital employees and technological fields. It has been observed that the main puprose of the change in the hospital is to increase the satisfaction level of patients and their relatives. It has been also determined that the employees were informed by means of various means in the change process, and the most important resistance is resulted from the working routines.
