Prohibition on discrimination in terms of health rights

In this study, the prohibition of discrimination was examined in terms of health rights. The concept of discrimination is considered to be a violation of human rights and its effects can lead human life to a challenging process. This process is evaluated to the extent that it covers the statements about health rights. The right to health is one of the most important rights when it is taken into consideration that it requires a person to live in a healthy way both spiritually and physically. However, discrimination on the right to health nowadays includes more than 70% when associated with certain groups. The fact that such discrimination factor is so high stems from the fact that there are different types and mechanisms of discrimination. Direct, indirect, and therefore discrimination between these types is shaped by harassment, reasonable harmonization, multiple bases or exceptions. The basic criteria for the development of these discrimination are ethnic origin, health services, not to develop a competent solution in patient problems, religion and belief, disability, refugee status, age or abuse due to being old or child, not being able to show the necessary care and violation of patient care can occur according to. Accordingly, it was tried to develop an overview of methods of struggle in the research and general scope analysis in other countries as a result of these measurements.
