Medical science is a constantly evolving and changing field of science. Therefore, health law, which is in contact with this branch of science, is experiencing a dynamic process in parallel with this change. However, physicians, who are the providers of health services, also need to keep up with this process. In our study, we tried to reveal the unrequited trust of people who benefit from health services to physicians, the fact that physicians have many rights and responsibilities and their reflections on the legal world. With the dimension of human rights, we tried to discuss how the rights of patients and physicians are perceived by judicial decisions and their consequences. In our study, the crimes that the physician can commit in terms of criminal law were examined. Within the scope of the criminal liability of physicians, the reasons for compliance with the law required for the medical intervention they applied to be in compliance with the law have been revealed. In order to improve the quality of health services in our country; It is necessary to put forward a legal legislation that includes the rights and responsibilities of the physician, and it has been determined that specialized judicial bodies should take part in disputes that may arise in health services.
