At the present time, the management of health services, management of human resources in health facilities and financial management as well as the architecture,laboratories, operating rooms, filing,archiving, hospitality, food and beverage , cleaning and safety of these organizations and such as management of pharmacy services are spread over a wide range.Increasing enormousness and complexity of the health institutions need to be undertaken by people who are more qualified and specialized management of these structures (institutions) since beginning of 1900s began to arrive at the beginning of the agenda. After 1930 the United States and in many developed countriesin Europe began to be performed by professionalshas received management training of health business. In our country, the Health Transformation Programme (HTP), together with the adoption of the management of health institutions to take the place of professional health managers although it still appeared that physicians and nurses who are not trained on health directorate education,in management their activities are ongoing. In this study, who served in Diyarbakir city, health services managers receive training on general management and health care management and determining their training necessity,appointing what are the trends that cause these requirements and developping recommendations for the descriptive requirementsis an descriptive study. Total of 149 managers in the study. All data has been evaluated the program SPSS 18 (statistical package for socialsiences). Executivesof just 22.2 % from a university on the manager (Business-Government-Health Administration-Economics) has graduated, received 20.1 % of graduate(master) education.73,2's % of the executives stated leadershipis a concept of can be learned, while 81.9 % stated that they see health care management as a professional profession. 97.3 of managers stated that the needs for management training for managerial task. To the question; what type of training do you want to get the person who takes over the tasks,ranked first in the 63.2 % stated that they have recieved doctoral education.72.5 % of managers to delegate their tasks would be voluntary to professional health managers, 57 % have stated that they are seen as a waste of resources,physicians who have received medical education to became executive (manager). They see themselves as good executive,only 1 out of every 10 executives. 1-Almost all of the managers stated health services management is different from other forms of management and there is also a necessarry to the management training for managerial positions-tasks, to the question "how should be management education" %60 said special training before task, %29 said there should be undergraduate-graduate(master) education 2-The Ministry of Health, universities, non-governmental Organizations(NGOs) and professional associations should be in planning and cooperation in the implementation ofhealth management(directorate) training. 3-From health care management and general administration departmentmanagers and executive candidates who has recieved education(training) on"Undergraduate(bachelor) / Graduate(master) / Doctoral"to be given a place in management,the transformation and success of the organizations, due to the HTP it is of great importance to reach the desired level. 4-In each province, it will be held protocols between the university and health agencies of that province tothe current health managers(executives),with a multidisciplinary perspective "health management training" might be given.This will allow us to progress at the point of increasing the quality of the existing (current) health management.
