Abstract (EN)

Providers of sanitary organizations with globalization in recent years, be able to keep up with the intense competition to their clients by offering the most affordable and timely services if they are to remain competitive in the market. Those w ho want to keep up the competition must ensure quality is their top priority and that effort is continuous. In this context, delivery of sanitary services in maintaining a top quality standard in human life has always been an issue of key importance. Therefore it is obvious that organizations need to set goals for improving service quality through customer expectations. Our country has gained speed in applying total quality management of sanitary services in recent years. Ministry of Health has seriously supported the total quality through various health transformation programs. All hospitals have caught a certain standard through significant investments and programs for total quality and thus our country has become one of the main attractions of health tourism around Europe and the world. Sanitary organizations need to get international accreditation certificates in the sense of continuous improvement. It should be noted that total quality in sanitary services cannot be achieved or maintained without training personnel.
