Abstract (EN)

The intensive workload of personnel in today's healthcare sector directly affects their performance. Therefore, it is crucial for personnel in the sector to work with motivation to enhance performance. The service-oriented nature of the healthcare sector and the high level of specialization among employees indicate their inclination towards learning. In this context, organizational learning can facilitate the use of methods and tools to motivate healthcare sector employees. Furthermore, the sector's high level of specialization has prompted organizations to prioritize learning, raising questions about which factors facilitate organizational learning in healthcare. Consequently, it is believed that employees viewing the organization not merely as a place to fulfill work hours but as their own entity can positively influence organizational learning. Based on this premise, this study aims to identify the mediating role of psychological ownership in the impact of employee motivation on organizational learning in healthcare settings. To achieve this goal, data obtained from a survey conducted with 413 healthcare personnel working at Erzincan Mengücek Gazi Training and Research Hospital in Erzincan Province were analyzed and evaluated. As a result of the research, it was determined that employee motivation positively affects organizational learning among healthcare personnel, with psychological ownership serving as a mediator in this relationship.
