Abstract (EN)

This aim is to provide components that will help health care to successfully adapt to change and innovation by assessing employment lifetime development prospects and adapting to change. The range of determining the life-long developmental developments of health insurance workers and their window of resistance to change and determining the relationship between them and examining the effect on them. The working group is the expectation of 244 health workers in different departments of a private hospital located on the European side of Istanbul, upon voluntary request. This is the life-long development of healthcare professionals and their resistance to change, measured with different analysis weights. Demographic information was taken into account during the measurements. Demographic data has been effective in shaping the analysis results. The result of this is the relationship between the two measurement data, the evaluation by scale analysis. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS 28.0 statistical table and the literature was added. As a result of the analysis, it has been revealed that there is a negative relationship between the lifelong development of health personnel and the factors resistant to change. Specific to health users, it is aimed to limit the lifetime development expansion widths for resistance to change or due to the level of resistance to change. As a result of this, H1 (there is a significant relationship between the length of lifelong learning of health sector workers and the direction of orientation to change) was accepted. At the same time, it has been determined that all demographic data (Age, Gender, Occupation, Education Level, Sector Experience Period, Household Income) have an effect on the scale and its sub-dimensions.
