Today, the human factor which is the fundamental element of organizations has been increasingly understood and managers and leaders have invested in people to achieve the organizational purposes. In the business world where competition, globalization, and rapid technological developments have come to the fore, organizational success can be achieved with appropriate orientation and promotion of employees linked to the performance of themselves. This study has been prepared by historian method benefited from literature reviews. Organizations also need employees capable of improving themselves, talented, rapid adaptation to developments in terms of knowledge and experience. In such a rapid-paced business lives of individuals, they must have a higher motivation to maintain their efficiency. When particularly considering the dynamic and complex nature of medical institutions, features of healthcare services, and socio-economic conditions of Turkey, it is important that employees are highly motivated and making the job attractive by staying away from monotony to offer high qualified, fast and accurate healthcare services. Establishing a staff that can provide more efficient and quality services in health institutions and can generate positive health outcomes with the help of propounded motivation theories by examining which motivation factors healthcare personnel affected is an issue that concerns all of society's health.
