Organizational culture in health care organization: A search for hospital assissant staff's sensing in Akdeniz University Hospital

This thesis, in which is one of the most important institutions of the health sector,hospitals and research organizations, examined the cultural properties during the Akdeniz University Research Hospital analyzed the organizational culture. Denison's organizational culture studies using the scale, the hospital's administrative staff with the group (150 employees) is limited.This group set out considerably by the perception of cultural participation, coherence, cohesion and a strong vision of what level that was discussed in size.The findings of the study, hospitals in all aspects of the culture (inclusion, cohesion, harmony and vision) of the administrative staff perceptions were found to be positive on average. However, consistency in size compared to other dimensions of positive perceptions, while the vision is weak compared to other dimensions of size.KEY WORDS: Health sector, hospital organizations, organizational culture
