A research about creation of strategy maps at medical institution and usage of managarial desicion

Recent developments in the area of health field, increasement of expectations and expenses of people, have forced health institutions to use their material and non-material resources effectively. Especially, hospitals that provide medical service with high cost, started looking for ways to provide cheaper service with less cost. Hospitals must maintain their financial stabilization with or without profit. It is easier to measure and control financial havings than non-financial resources. Moreover, quality of medical services, performance of employees, self-development of employees and frequency of mistakes during working process, also increases worth of institution. To conclude, evaluating performance of a hospital requires considering about all of the financial and non-financial resources.Strategy maps are management models which shows best way to reach success and goals of companies. A strategy map inspects company operations within four main perspectives. That also helps companies about creating balanced scorecard and finding the way to follow their life-cycle map. Balanced Scorecard has four main perspectives such as, financial,customer, internal process, learning and development.It provides a opportunity to inspect this 4 main perspective to companies.
