Communication problems between administrator and other health care personnel in healtcare institutions a practice in Ti̇re Public Hospital

The administrators and of health care personnel can understand each other mutually to establish healthy communication in a manner to maintain the high quality of health services is important. The overall aim of this study is to determine whether the communication problems between administrator and health care personnel vary in accordance with various demographic charecteristics. In this study discussed the management of organizational communication, health institutions and organizations include developing communication among staff in the corporate culture. For this purpose, a field mission has been planned and applied. Analyses of information obtained by the data acquisition tools carried out using SPSS 15 software package and percentage and frequency descriptors, arithmetic mean, standard deviation have been utilized along with Kruskal-Wallis H and Mann-Whitney comparative analysis techniques. As a result of research 4 hypothesis out of 8 have been verified while other 4 have not. In this respect, communication problems between administrator and other health care personnel does not vary in accordance with gender, experience, level of education and receiving a training on communication. Communication problems between administrator and other health care personnel varies according to age, profession, position and employment period in the institution. Based on the analysis performed, scale score decreases as the average age of survey participants increases. Communication issue (between administrator-other personnel) varies by the position of the institution employees. Administrators have higher scale score than other employees. Which means, some cases considered as problems by other personnel aren't seen as problem by administrators. Different occupational groups causes variation due to differences of the work performed, colleagues, and having different administrators. Also, as the employment period increases, the perception of communication problems decreases. This case is also related with the age variety.
