Job satisfaction of health personnel levels and factors affecting (Deni̇zli̇ Community Health centers sample)

Job satisfaction has become one of the very important process affecting the business efficiency of public and private businesses. The aim of this work every time to define the increasingly important and demanding job satisfaction in the professional management methods , discusses the concept , explain the importance and development , by identifying the factors affecting job satisfaction is to investigate the importance of job satisfaction in the health sector . It is also used in the evaluation of research and historical survey. In this study, the first definition, the concept is given to the historical process, job satisfaction and factors that affect the health personnel have been introduced with the general scientific lines. Denizli community health centers how they are affected by factors affecting job satisfaction of employees, evaluation of the positive and negative approaches to study the effects of job satisfaction survey analyzed the work face to face. Research work in Denizli 20 Community Health Center covers all the staff. Evaluation of the obtained data and the analyzes were performed. verified and the assumptions set forth in the findings obtained as a result initially announced as a result of not verifying employees identified in job satisfaction the positive and eliminate the negative aspects identified negative factors in the result of the comments and suggestions on the issue is given.
