In social science where we come across , every document has an important part, considering the period?s condition in Ottoman History. Şer?iye Records have also an important part just like all the other subjects about law history.The documents which were chosen from Şer?iye Records are called `sakk? and we can see that these documents were rewritten by experienced kadı. At this point it is seen that kadıs have a significant task. In order to obtain information about politics, social and cultural areas which direct history and society, we can easily find an oppurtunity to search because of the sources which we have in Turkey and in the other countries. With this ` sakk? example which we abstract we determine that the way Otoman Law works in different nations and areas with different subjects ( inheritance, death, estate records, iltizam, cases, benefactor, judicial entitlement, final court decision ?) and how law court records result in. Examining the periodical of sakk, these topics (bankruptcy, bail, kasamlık, proof case, bribe, substitution, dowry, donation, appointment of tutor and trustee, oath, cases between muslims and non-muslims, structures belonging to periods such as inns, castles, also, districts, villages, little towns, houses, crafts distribution ) that is significant in many subject were evaluated.Keywords: Periodical of Sakk, Şer?iye Records, estate.
