Abstract (EN)
The study included evaluating the level omentin-1 and adipicin , as the study included a group of 90 blood samples, watching their ages ranged between (20-40) years, 60 samples infected with polycystic syndrome and 40 blood samples for healthy women, and PCOS samples were collected from samarra general hospital / salah al-din governorate, a bridge between 1/3/2021 to 1/7/2021. According to the findings of the present investigation, in comparison to the healthy group, the concentrations of omentin-1 and adipcin in the blood serum of PCOS patients were significantly higher. The levels of FSH, LH, and prolactin in the blood serum were significantly higher in the PCOS group compared to the healthy group, whereas the levels of these hormones were significantly lower. There was no significant difference between the PCOS group and the healthy group in terms of cholesterol or T.G levels, but HDL-C levels dropped significantly, while LDL-C and VLDL levels rose significantly.
