The work especially emphasizes the counter neoliberal politics that are frequently observed in the 2000's, in civil obedience movements for the demand of public space, focuses on basing its concept on its relationship with aesthetics. The frame of the study is based on the likes of Terry Eagleton Jacques Ranciére, Gilles deleuze, Felix Guattari, conceptual suggestions of these philisophers based on sensorium, rhizome, singularity and amplitude. Key Words: Collectivity, avant-garde, actual practices, sensorium, public art.
