Total quality management and ISO 9000 to business industry apps effect on performance

The term ?quality? describes the understanding that is shaped according to customers? social-economic status and their expectations. Every process that aims to make quality better and being continually improved falls into Total Quality Management area of interact.While Quality Management Sysyems describe what should be performed for achieving continuous improvement of the quality to the companies, ?Total Quality Management? has the clues how these objectives can be achieved. To realize these Quality objectives, companies should penetrate them into personal objectives and develop a performance appraisal model with the participation of all employees.Our study consists of four parts. In the first part, total quality management subject is discussed. It is tried to express the historical development of the quality together with the definition of the quality and the total quality management in a general outline after sizes are given. In the second part of the development of ISO 9000 quality standards and are given information about the contents.
