Abstract (EN)
In this thesis study, the personnel working in the administrative buildings of industrial buildings, depending on the internal environment conditions of the office in which they are located; It was investigated how the internal environment conditions should be in order to positively develop evaluations on 'productivity', 'satisfaction', 'belonging' and 'psychology', to increase business belongings, to increase physical and mental health levels, to increase productivity and satisfaction. Their interaction with variables such as gender, age and working year in the company in which they are located was examined. In line with the objectives of the study, a satisfaction survey was conducted with 6 administrative offices and 72 subjects belonging to different industrial structures, the obtained data were analyzed in SPSS program and Cronbach Alpha reliability test was performed. The findings revealed; It guides designers who create indoor conditions to design more efficient and healthy working spaces for both employers and employees. As a result of the study; ventilation, lighting, temperature, humidity, color, texture, sound, ergonomics solutions have a direct effect on the productivity, satisfaction, belonging and psychology of employees.
