The visual elements which can be considered as historical documents, have been shedding light to political, economical, cultural and sociological events in the world for centuries. In our days, through the improvements in the digital technologies when the visuality has become an essential part of news, wars and conflict have come to make up the most essential parts of the photojournalism. The research we have conducted will try to explain the importance of journalism ethics and moral values in regards to the pictures that bring light to wars and conflicts from the moment they are taken until they are pressed; with the receptions of photojournalists on the role and effects of the press and photography agencies and press photography awards.
