Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, a new technology in dynamically improving network based Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) world called SAT>IP, was examinated deeply and its applications were highlighted. Network based digital DVB could be defined as; data transferring such as audio and video from service providers to users over isolated, local or wide area networking technologies to make end users gather these kind of service data via tuner devices or softwares. SAT>IP, make users to get service information and data which they would like to watch or listen, without a tuner device, but instead, a user controlled server would allow to get these data and make SAT>IP client to help end users to access desired services.
