Abstract (EN)
This thesis consists of two works. In the first work of this thesis, heat-resistant PVC pipe production which is not common in our country and at the world and production-processcontrol testings and automation systems were investigated. This study has accomplished in co-operation with Plastsu Plastic Company, leading and operating company in PVC pipe production in our country. All equipments for the production of PVC pipes were set up in the company andautomation operations began after the examination of the automation equipments presented in the thesis. In the second work of the thesis ZnO solar cell production and characterization were carried out. In this context, and Ag-doped ZnO nanorods synthesized in nanoflower structure and XRD, SEM and EDX structures analysis have been characterized. The obtained ZnO nanostructured organic materials have been used in dye-sensitized solar cells. JV and IPC characterizations were characterized by performing cells efficiency.
