Abstract (EN)

In this study was carried out between 01.03.2012 - 28.02.2013 and was aimed to investigate of the heavy metal accumulation in water and sediment of Sıdıklı Küçükboğaz Dam Lake and in some tissues of Tench ( Tinca tinca L., 1758) inhabiting in the lake. During the study, totally 27 tinca samples have been caught from different regions of Sıdıklı Küçükboğaz Dam Lake and investigated seasonally. The heavy metal analysis of samples were cariied out using AAS. The ph and the temperature values of Sıdıklı Küçükboğaz Dam Lake?s water have been determined between 7,66-10,01 and 5,1-22,9 0C respectively. The results of the heavy metals analysis in Sıdıklı Küçükboğaz Dam Lake?s water Cr was determined in no season. Cu was determined only in August. It was determined that Al ve Zn were the highest metals in water. Analysis of heavy metals in sediment of Sıdıklı Küçükboğaz dam lake Al was determined as the highest metal in all seasons. The results of analysis of heavy metals in tissues and organs of Tench ( Tinca tinca L., 1758) which lives in Sıdıklı Küçükboğaz Dam Lake showed Cu and Fe were determined in liver in all seasons.
