Abstract (EN)

In this paper done between 01.03.2012- 28.02.2013, I have studied the concentrations and seasonal variations of toxic heavy metals such as Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cr and Al in gills, gut, skin, tissues and livers of the water, sediment and Esox lucius samples obtained from Sıdıklı Küçükboğaz Dam Lake in Central Anatolia. 15 pikes were caught and observed seasonally from different parts of Sıdıklı Küçükboğaz Dam Lake during the research. The heavy metal analyses of the samples have been made with AAS equipment. Ph value measured in the Sıdıklı Küçükboğaz Dam Lake was between 7, 66-8, 06 and, potential temperature was measured between 5, 1-22,90C. In the result of the heavy metal analysis made in water, We could not find Cr in any season. Among the heavy metals localized mostly were Al and Zn. In the heavy metal analysis made in sediment, no Cr was localized except the months May, June and July, the most accumulated metal in May-June and July was detected to be Al. T test was applied in order to determine the importance of differences between the metals detected in tissue and organs.Fe in the liver, Zn in gut and gill, Cu in liver were detected in the results of heavy metal analysis made in pikes? some tissues and organs in spring time. Cu in liver, Fe in liver, Mn in gill and skin, Zn in gut, Al in gut were detected in summer time. Cu in liver, Fe in liver, Zn in gut and gill in autumn, Mn in gills in winter were detected. Cu, Fe, Zn, Cr, Al have no difference in tissues. As a result, it has been decided that heavy metals have been accumulated mostly in liver and gills.
