Abstract (EN)
Selective Laser melting (SLM) is one of the techniques of powder bed fusion rapid prototyping (HP) and is an additive manufacturing process. Selective Laser melting (SLM) revolutionizes material/machine equipment production by providing a large platform for parts manufacturing that is almost impossible to produce by conventional methods. SLM is multi-splice approach uses the 3D CAD model design, using any supporting 3D slicing program, to divide the model into extremely thin layers, typically between 20 and 100 µm, and send it to 3D printers for part generation. In SLM, metal powders are fused by melting by means of a powerful laser source. Laser-induced heat energy, which is directed at a high scanning rate, alters the physical and chemical events in the ergiik melt that determine the final mechanical and microstructural properties of the manufactured parts and occurs at the point where the laser is affected. Also the shape of the melt pool, cooling channels, geometric tolerances of parts, cellular type lattice profiles etc. it significantly affects the structural integrity of complex geometries. In this study, the surface quality of Ti-6Al-4V materials with different geometry produced by selective laser smelting method was improved by using different device parameters and surface improvement media using drag surface improvement method, which is one of the surface treatment methods. As a result of these processes, the wear behavior of the samples was examined. Wear behavior of the materials was compared with the materials that were treated under different conditions and parameters as a result of the wear tests performed on the materials that were not treated at all. In addition, surface roughness, topography, microsertlik, grain structure characteristics of the samples were measured for surface Integrity analysis.
