Abstract (EN)
With this thesis, field studies were carried out in 3 medium-sized enterprises operating in Adana. In the study, a survey was conducted with the employees in the shoe factories. In this survey study, questions consisting of demographic characteristics and workplace history and questions about OHS practices were asked to the workers. With the results obtained, the situation of the workshops was evaluated. In this context, it has been tried to raise awareness of the employees on occupational health and safety measures, the profiles of the employees of the shoemaking sector have been determined, and it has been aimed to eliminate the obstacles in the implementation of the measures to be taken and the solution proposals. In another part of the study, OHS risks were determined in a selected shoe business, risk analysis was carried out using the Fine-Kinney method and risk classes were determined. The results of the risk analysis were evaluated and suggestions were made to turn the risks into insignificant risks. Key Words: Shoe, Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Analysis, OHS
