Selâhaddîn-i Eyyûbî'nin tasavvufî yönü ve tarikatlar ile münasebeti

In this work I investigated the sufistic side of Salah ad-Din Yusuf ibn Ayyub who is one of the most important persons in history and is known by his epithet Salah ad-Dunya ve'd-Din, meaning Righteousness of the World and the Faith. He came to power after the Fatimid and Zengid dynasty. I discussed the viewpoint of Zengids and Fatimids to Sufism in the introduction of this work. In the first chapter, I examined the life of Saladin, his commitment to Islam and his sufistic side. Also, I searched that he gave particular importance to Sufis and how he benefited from Sufis on the struggle with Fatimids. In the second chapter, I hold the religious sects which was emerged in the Ayyubid period and Saladin's relations to these sects and hankahs where was built in Damascus, Egypt, Al-Hijaz. In the final chapter, I examined the Sufis who Saladin met and consulted with them.
