Selim İleri's novel writing

In this study, novel writing course of Selim İleri whose life is engaged in literature more than forty year is studied. Features of method and content of author?s novel is attempt to determine and Selim İleri?s position in Turkish literature is evaluated.?Selim İleri?s Novel Writing? entitled study is composed of three chapters. In ?Introductory? chapter aim, scope and method of this study is explained. Also in this chapter, Selim İleri?s biography and art life, introduction of his literary works and affect during authorship formation process are introduced.?Selim İleri?s Novel Writing? entitled chapter is composed of investigation. In this chapter, editing and contents features of his nineteen published novel during 1973-2004 are investigated.?Evaluation and Conclusion? entitled chapter is the third and last chapter of this study. After investigations on method and content of author?s novel in the previos chapter, charecteristic features of his novels are extracted. Also novel concept of Selim İleri who is one of modern authors of Turkish literature and his position in Turkish literature is evaluated.
