This research deals with a valuable manuscript, by the author Shams al-Din al-Kirmani Muhammad ibn Yusuf, a scholar of hadith and interpretation, and examines in his book entitled "Hashiya of Tafsir al-Baydawi, from the beginning of Surat Al-Fatihah to the end of Surat Al-Ra'd", which includes Al-Juz 1 until Al-Juz 13 of the Holy Qur'an and what it contains of explanations and comments on the words of Al-Baydawi, where the author reviews the interpreters' opinions indicate their differing opinions, and he also employs hadith science in explaining and clarifying some Qur'anic verses, as well as using his linguistic culture to explain the mysteries of vocabulary and poems that Al-Baydawi provides evidence of his views, and he balances these sciences with the rational sciences that he resorts to in clarifying the ambiguities of terminology, especially theology, and the science of rhetoric is used to explain the rhetorical aspects that the Qur'anic verses bear, such as simile, and metaphor. The method of the researcher in verifying the text was based on what is followed in the method of achievement and commentary, by extracting verses, hadiths, poems, and sayings of commentators and scholars from their well-known appearances. Terminology and countries are from their sources, and talking about unfamiliar scholars is a brief and useful act. Perhaps the most prominent results of the research are: Because of comparing the opinions of the commentators, and then giving preference to one opinion over another after discussing them, using his extensive culture, and the Hashiya is not free from some drawbacks, such as the author's choice of specific phrases from Tefsir Al-Baydawi, which he deliberately explained and clarified without specifying the reasons for the choice, as well as the variation of Al-Kirmani's explanations and comments On the sayings of Al-Baidawi in terms of length and shortness, as we sometimes find him elaborating in some places, and sometimes he suffices with a short phrase.
