Union construction justice, although remaining weak in the face of businesses for the workers was thought at first, then it hah become necessary for small businesses which remain powerless in the face of large trade unions.51st substance of the Constitution concerning union construction justice stated to in the constitutional state, social state, social rights, trade union, national security, public order, crime prevention, public health, public morality the right and freedom, workers, employers, sector, the republics qualifications and democratic principles should be known and explained.In this study, Union Construction Justice has been tried to examine with all aspects. First the social state and social rights had been explained. Then it had been focused on unionism on trade union and in the world. At the last, union construction as turc constitutions had been considered.As a result, union construction is of great importance to be built the trade unions which try to protect the weak against the powerful union.
