Abstract (EN)
We aimed to investigate the effect of supar on mortality and solution. Our study also are thought to influence prognosis in patients with sepsis of different lipid-enriched nutrition values. Between the dates April 2014 - May 2015, a diagnosis of sepsis and different lipid-enriched nutrition solution started, a total of 40 patients aged 18-70 years were included in the study at Gaziantep University Şahinbey Research Hospital Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation İntensive Care in a clinic. Cancer patients, Rheumatic patients, Meningitis, TBC, HIV (+) patients, APACHE II score 31 patients were excluded from the study. Patients randomly were divided into two groups according to the diet solution provision soybean oil and olive oil. Patients on admission to the ICU, APACHE II score, and SOFA score looked at in pursuit. Demographic data, suPAR, PCT values were recorded. Energy requirements HARRIS-BENEDICT equation with the help of the adequacy of nutrition by nitrogen balance was calculated. The duration of ICU stay in days was recorded as the time in hours he's been on a mechanical ventilator. For patients included in the study 28-day follow-up predicted for patients who are discharged or exitus were recorded. In our study, soybean oil-based nutritional solution in patients fed with olive oil-based solution with 7 patients according to the Fed. Plasma suPAR levels were higher but the difference was not found statistically significant cared day (p>0.05). There was no significant difference in mortality rates between the two groups. As a result, different lipid-enriched nutrition solution is fed with a statistically significant difference in terms of mortality rates in patients with sepsis, however, we found that there is a correlation between suPAR and mortality values. suPAR performed with the patient in a limited number of Kit due to the cost of this work, for the support of many more patients with controlled clinical studies are needed to be performed in patients with sepsis. KEY WORDS: suPAR, mortality, lipid emulsions containing soybean oil and olive oil.
