Abstract (EN)
The study was carried out with the aim of creating a cage on the spinach plant and NO3- animal with the chemical, slow spreading and organic nitrogen sourced fertilizer in the greenhouse environment. The study was carried out under greenhouse conditions under five different doses of N (25, 50, 100, 200 and 400 mg kg-1 N) and four different N fertilizer applications (ammonium sulfate, slow release fertilizer, walking nitrate and yeast waste). The effect of N applications on dry matter source, NO3- animals, total N animals, plant owners and plant nutrition intake were targeted. According to the results obtained from the study, it was determined that as the N dose increased, the most significant difference in the dry matter yield of the plant was CN (5.67 g plant-1), with an increase of 27.1%. It was observed that the NO3- concentration of the spinach plant increased significantly between 369 mg kg-1 and 4394.7 mg kg-1 with increasing doses of N application. When increasing doses of N application are associated with the limit values of the spinach plant; It was determined that K, Zn, Mn elements were found in sufficient levels, and Ca, Cu, Fe, B elements caused toxicity.
