Abstract (EN)

The necessity of outsourcing has become important for agencies in order to adapt to situations such as rapidly changing economic conditions and interaction differences and to overcome the difficulties encountered. The obligation to use outsourcing brings with it some difficulties in the activities of agencies. These difficulties; These are the relationship intensity that outsourcing brings, the commitments that must be fulfilled regarding outsourcing, the inability to manage agencies systematically, and the lack of measurements on whether the outsourcing used creates a noticeable impact. Studies show that travel agency operations still need strict regulations and there is also a need for great training and awareness on the part of agencies regarding travel agency services. 111 tourism agencies from Diyarbakır and Batman regions participated in this study, and a distribution emerged in which the participating agencies represented the region homogeneously. 111 companies that completed the surveys were confirmed as the sample of the study. This study determined the managerial, organizational, service, financial and general effects of outsourcing on travel agencies and revealed meaningful results in revealing the agencies' tendency towards outsourcing and channeling outsourcing to the right activities.
