Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, firstly the concept of gradation of openness is introduced. Also some informations about the notion of intuitionistic fuzzy topology and intuitionistic gradation of openness are given. Several articles written on intuitionistic fuzzy sets are presented. In light of the learnings, intuitionistic fuzzy neighbourhood structure and intuitionistic fuzzy filter structure and defined. Finally, some results about these new definitons are given.
