Abstract (EN)

This article addresses issues affecting corporate culture sustainability, such as high turnover rates and declining employee commitment observed with the entry of Generation Z (Gen-Z) into the workforce. Given the increasing importance of corporate culture sustainability in the business world, understanding these issues and developing effective solutions has become critical, leading human resources professionals to conduct studies in this field. In this context, this research, conducted using data analysis methods, focuses on accurately identifying the challenges that arise during the integration of Gen-Z into the workplace. The main objective of the study is to determine the primary causes behind the increased turnover rates and decreased employee commitment in the workplaces of the younger generation compared to the past. The research concentrates on consistent changes that organizations can make to overcome these issues. The research findings will identify organizational culture type that should be chosen and key areas contributing to the reduction in employee commitment from the perspective of the young workers. The results will contribute to the literature by providing strategic recommendations that focus on improving corporate culture sustainability. These outcomes will guide the business world in facilitating the integration of Gen-Z in-to the workforce and help companies take steps toward creating a sustainable work environment.
