Abstract (EN)

Ulûm al-Qur'an is a top concept that includes many important issues in terms of both the historical process of Qur'an Revelation and its interpretation. Although much of the interpretative works have dealt with the issues of the Quranic Sciences to some extent, it is clear that the works allocated to this field address these issues in a more detailed and holistic way. This work aims to handle the Qur'an description of Shia in a holistic way, which is the biggest Islamic group after the followers of Sunnah. It is done by putting Muhammed Hâdî Ma'refat into the centre, who copyrighted a work of ulûm al-Qur'an in the encyclopaedic style for the first in the Shiite tradition. The first part of the study, which consists of three sections, is devoted to Ma'refat's life and works. In the second part, Shia's perspective on some Qur'anic historical issues such as starting from the revelation, bringing together the revelation of the Qur'an, the communion of the Qur'an, its relevance, and the falsification claim is examined by both classical and contemporary Shiite scholars. Finally, in the third chapter, other issues such as context of revelation, tafsir-ta'wīl issue, meccan-medinan, naskh-mansukh, i'câz al Qur'ân, and münâsebât al-Qur'ân, which are not related to the historical issues, are explored. In the chapter, again, the subjects are compared with the point of view of classical and contemporary Shiite scholars, together with the fact that Hâdî Ma'refat is centred. Keywords: Interpretation, Ulûm al-Qur'an, History of the Qur'an, Shia, Hâdî Ma'refat
