To Determine effectiveness of the education programme applied the touristic things on handworks of the Sinop Ayancık Göynek yakaları

IV SUMMARY In this research the education program about Hand Embroideries on Sinop - Ayancık Shirt Collars Applied to Touristic Goods is prepared and its effectiveness determined. This research is done in three stages; In the first stage the field investigation about Sinop- Ayancık Göynek Yakalan is done by the researcher. After talking to the referance persons, tools, colours, drawings and embroidery techniques were determined and their analysis were done. Fotographes of shirt Collars were taken and formed a catalog. In the second stage after determining target and target behaviors, education program was formed by preparing annual plan and unit plans. According to Information and Process Leaves evaluation means were developed. Expert view was taken for validity of Information Test and then reliability work was done with test-retest practice which was applied to 15 students in the course. Process Evaluation Criterion and Product Evaluation Criterion were developed by researcher and applied to expert view. In the third stage of the research, by using t test the differences between the results of first test and last test of information test and first test and last test of academic conceit concept criterion were determined in order to analyze the datum which were taken up with education. 10 couse students were formed to attend the research programme. The research carried out on this ten students. The relationship among the course students' results of last test of information test, last test of academic conceit concept criterion and process evaluation criterion were investigated by using regresion analysis.In the psychomotor behaviour grades of the students in the course, it was accepted that they reached full learning level in 90 % and more grades, sufficient learning level in 70 % and more grades, valid learning level in 45 % and more grades. The views of the students in the course about the usefullness of the skills on the real life were taken by talking one by one. According to the datum and interpretations in the research; After the field investigation of Sinop city, Ayancık town and its villages it was determined that, Ayancık Shirt Collars are; Delicated Collars, Faced Collars and Unstiched Collars and are embodiered on Ayancık cotton by using cotton thread without using wide hoop. The used colors are; black (Gara) and claret red ( Gurmuzu ) which constitute main colors, and yellow, red and orange are the others. The embroidery techniques that are used on Ayancık Shirt Collars are Kanava, Verev, Dirnak, Harem suyu, Ajur, Gaytan,Sulugen and Needle delicate. Like the embroidery of the shirts the sewings were done by hand too. The ash water was used for their cleaning in fovour of the course students. There is a great difference between the results of first test and last test of information test. There is not a great difference between the results of first test and last test of academic conceit concept criterion. Product grades which are the dependant variables skilled expressive to independant grades which belong to knowing zone other variables conceit concept grades and the grades wich are taken from the evaluation of proces weren't appeared expressive.VI According to psychomotor behavior grades; the students in the course reached 70 % to full learning level, 30 % to sufficient learning level. The view on the usage of the skills on the real life that they had at the end of the course was the economical contribution generally.
