Abstract (EN)
In this study, the amount and variety of pollen belonging to the region by using the Durham device for two years between 1 January 2018 - 31 December 2019 in the atmosphere of Şiran (Gümüşhane) district were investigated. In this two-year study, sampling was done weekly and examined under a light microscope. As a result of the examinations, in the months between 1 January 2018 - 31 December 2019, a total of 36 taxa belonging to 21 woody plants and 15 herbaceous plants were determined. 15656 pollen were detected in a total area of cm2; 10740 (68.60%) of these belong to woody plants, 4826 (45.01%) of herbaceous plants and 90 (0.41%) of unidentified pollen. The taxa seen as dominant during these two years; Pinus sp. (%33,38), Poaceae (%20,65), Cupressaceae (%14,90), Quercus sp. (%10,44), Populus sp. (%5,04), Amaranthaceae (%3,83), Plantago sp. (%2,08), Salix sp. (%1,54) and Rumex sp. (%1,16).
