Abstract (EN)

The law regulations concerning the economic field evolves in conjunction with the economical life which changes, differenties and expands for the expected benefits. With the economic and social aspects of the life, enterprises tend to join together for centralization, which brings multicorporate enterprises as one of the most important structure. With the centralization process, enterprises have better chance to be able to compete in the market conditions they operate. Multicorporate enterprises consists of the major enterprise and the dependent enterprises which are bound to major enterprise with economic, social and organizational ways, with the exception of holding their own legal titles independently. The conflicts regarding labour relations might occur frequently concerning the dependent enterprises, which is bound the multicorporate enterprise in the nature of the legal independency and organizational dependency of the dependent enterprises.In the study, titled "Triple Labour Relations in Multicorporate Enterprises and Labour Security Conflicts"; multicorporate enterprises, triple labour relations structured as, cooperate employment, temporary labour relationship, transfer of labour contract that might occur in multicorporate enterprises, and labour security conflicts in multicorporate enterprises, will be concidered.Key words: Multicorporate Enterprises, Cooperate Employment, Temporary Labour Relationship, Transfer of Labour Contract, Labour Security.
