In this thesis, information gathering techniques, the qualities, quantities, requirements, responsibilities and working conditions of every job in companies in a scientific way are researched in order to evaluate low cost, high quality, jobs in a correct, effective and healthy way in organizations . "Job Analysis and Job Design" aims to increase the productivity of the workplaces, that is to provide benefits to profitability and to protect the company values. In recent years , jobs have grown in companies and the number of employees is increasing. Therefore , the tasks to be done and the tasks to be renewed by overviewing must be combined in various ways in the most appropriate way. The aim here is to make the nature of work more motivational by using job design. The reorganization of the structures taking into account the different factors of jobs that affect the work satisfaction and productivity of the employees is one of the most important functions of today's human resources management. In this thesis, first of all, job analysis in human resources management will be discussed, then job design studies will be examined and finally job descriptions will be prepared by applying job analysis to the employees and it will be given some suggestion for new job design at "The Green Park Hotels and Resorts" Merter.
