Özet (EN)

TKGM datas are not just used by compatriot. There are a lot of societies andfoundation that use these data as support and do the works that are selfresponsibilited in numerical environment. However, now, it is considered to beimpossible to open in use datas to other societies with the existing system inTKGM. In the existing system for TKGM, in evaluation of alternatives asTAKB S project and Europe Model, it is aimed to decide which system is betterby using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).AHP is studied and developed by Saaty in 1970. It is used in complex problemssolution which contains more than one criterion. It is a method that enables tomodel in a hierarchy structure that shows the relation between complexproblems of decision makers, main purpose of problem, sub- criterions andalternatives. AHP, may be described as a making a decision and estimatemethod, that is used in describing decision hierarchy, and that showspercentage distribution of decisions in decision hierarchy by the way of factorsthat effects decision. At the point of view of, main and sub criterians that effects related desicion, importance of desicion points, by the help of comparison scale; AHP is basedon comparisons. AHP is a method that can add both subjective and objectiveideas of decision maker in decision process and combine knowledge, experience, person?s ideas and presentiment logically. In this study the study, firstly, it is aimed to learn which system is more suitable, by using informationthat is owned by TKGM at five categories, namely system performance, quality of done work, worker?s satisfaction, compatriot satisfaction andutility/cost analysis. To identfy learn that five main criterions are evaluated.
