Abstract (EN)
The Civil Constitution which a large section of the society hope in exciting gets an attention. Non-governmental organizations and various columnists, and thinkers, and academicians in the mass media which is effective in manufacturing public opinion argue about it.This study sets off the concept of constitution, and reftlects Turkey?s history, and researches the approaches of mass media about Turkey?s basic problems and the Civil Constitution.
