Legal liability arising from of the carrige law by civil transportation

The issues surrounding civil air carriage, which have advanced and accelerated with modern technology, are discussed in this master's thesis, along with the responsibilities that follow. Although air carriage is known nevertheless there are undefined varities and developments relating air transport vehicles. After examining these, the responsibilities arising as a result of the performance or non-performance or incomplete performance of the debt incurred as a result of the flights made by these vehicles are evaluated. Subsequently, the legal actions and types of proceedings that should be taken as a result of this responsibility are mentioned. The aim of this study is to have the feature of a thesis that contains some information and recommendations that should be applied to situations that are ambiguous, contain gaps and lack of norms that need to adapt with today's technology. For this reason, considering the examined issues, it is aimed to contribute to the doctrine and practice by approaching both international and national law as contributing and critical.
