Abstract (EN)

Political stability can be defined as the continuity in the political orientation of countries in general. This concept generally ensures that the system in that country is prevented from changing and gains the ability to take a political stance. In addition to their geopolitical and geostrategic stance, countries also enable them to develop a common and continuous perspective on global issues through political stability. In fact, perhaps the most important area directly affected by political stability is economies. Countries generally aim to be a center of economic investment and attraction along with political stability. Because, investors and capital generally gravitate towards countries with stability. Because changing politics means changing constitution or laws. And there are questions about how impressive these laws will be for capital owners and investors, which will affect investors greatly. The investor focuses on the countries that will consider as "safe havens" and their economic instruments. This is determined by ensuring stability in that country. For example, in an environment where political figures are constantly changing in a country, constantly different practices may cause investors to flee, so to speak, to frighten. This naturally creates enormous risks for the country's economies and risk premiums. Political stability in countries such as Turkey and is therefore extremely important. Because the first thing that is looked at in developing countries is political stability. Political stability is not very important in developing countries, because even though parties and actors change, the system is continuous.
